Gary was referred to me. I contacted him, he set up an appointment for an inspection. At that time, he assessed the needs of the house:property. A contract was drawn up and signed by me. Gary came on the appointed day to decontaminate the house/peoperty. He explained what he was doing and why. He was professional, punctual, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Gary also offered to return prior to his scheduled return date if we needed further assistance. We had a second maintenance visit. I informed Gsry that the original job was done so well. Have only had the initial and one maintenance treatment, but noticed a huge reduction in the number of critters inside and out from day one. While neighbors have carpenter bee traps that are full, we haven't caught any since the initial treatment. Makes cabin maintenance less stressful for sure.
